Interactive Literary Cafés
The merited Norwegian author Thorvald Steen has been invited to participate in one of the Literary Cafés that will be conducted every day throughout the Fair in Jerusalem International Convention Center - Biyanei Ha’uma. These Cafés, designed as actual coffee shops, provide a venue for interaction between guest writers from abroad and prominent Israeli literary figures. Last but not least, the Literary Cafés represent an excellent opportunity for the public to sit in on discussions and interviews with the respective authors.
Steen will flank prominent international authors from Hungary, Romania and Italy Tuesday the 17th at 11.00-12.15. The theme for the Café will be "Expositions."
Due to unforseen circumstances, the planned visit to the Fair by Lars Saabye Christensen, author of the novel "The Half Brother," which was recently published in Hebrew translation, has been cancelled.
