This scholarship was established to promote cultural exchange between foreign countries and the Norwegian folk high schools.
From 2010 The Memorial Fund will close down, so the academic year 2010-11 will be the last year of scholarships. This year the fund will award 18 scholarships. Students from all countries can apply.
