Applications for residence permits for work, family reunification and study purposes are forwarded from the Embassy to the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration in Oslo (UDI).
When a permit is granted the Embassy will inform the applicant on behalf of UDI and issue an entry visa if needed.

The handling fees are to be paid in cash upon submitting the application.
Residence permits: NIS 1600.- 
Family reunification: NIS 2420.- 
Children under 18 free of charge

The fee is for processing, not for the visa or the permit. The fee is therefore not refunded if the decision is negative. 

The application must be submitted during the Visa section’s working hours 09.00 to 12.00:
